Martha L. Fitzgerald
, a shareholder in the Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck was recently elected to serve on the board for the Colorado Lawyers Committee (CLC). In this new role, she will use her experience working with the CLC for 28 years to provide general governance strategy of CLC.
Fitzgerald has a broad range of expertise in complex cases including intellectual property, unfair trade practices, antitrust and commercial disputes. She also represents multiple clients in investigations before the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal regulatory bodies. In the intellectual property and antitrust arenas, she has represented clients in the technology, engineering, defense manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality and real estate industries. Fitzgerald also has significant experience defending municipalities and municipal consortia in protecting their intellectual property.
The Colorado Lawyers Committee (CLC) is a nonpartisan consortium of 59 Colorado law firms dedicated to creating and increasing opportunities for children, the poor and other disadvantaged communities through advocacy, negotiation and litigation.
