Charlotte Phelps is an associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the Corporate & Business Department.  She focuses primarily on representing strategic companies and private equity sponsors in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and general corporate governance matters. She has represented clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, biotechnology, media and education.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Charlotte was an associate in the corporate department of Proskauer Rose LLP in New York. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Christina Snyder of the United States District Court for the Central District of California and an articles editor of The Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.
